Are the bags made using real rattan?

Yes. We use 100% Rattan  and Ata Grass ( part of the Rattan Palm family) for our Rattan Bags. For more details please see the product description.

How can I pay for my products?

We accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or PayPal.

Is your site safe and secure?

Yes! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

What should I do if my payment doesn't work?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. First, make sure that your billing details are correct. If that doesn't work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you're still having an issue, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.

What are the available shipping options?

Standard shipping - U.K.

Standard shipping - Europe

Where do you ship to?

We ship to UK and the rest of Europe with Royal Mail or Hermes.

How long is your handling time (between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped)?

Our dispatch time is 1 working day from the order confirmation date.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time is usually:

1-3 working days - U.K.

3-7 days - the rest of Europe

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number via email. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-deliver or refund immediately! Or if you're simply not happy with your order you can return it. You will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
